Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the digital product ("Product") provided by Cathartic Space Ltd ("Company"). By using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
License and Use of Product
Upon payment of the purchase price, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or business use.
You acknowledge that the Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and you agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works of the Product, or any part of it, except as expressly authorized by Company.
You agree not to use the Product for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
No Warranty
Company does not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. The Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Company be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If you are dissatisfied with the Product, your sole remedy is to discontinue using it.
Termination
Company may terminate your license to use the Product at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Northbrook for the resolution of any disputes.
