First, I want to say what a beautiful layout and just really overall light and gorgeous book. It’s very uplifting with the beautiful colors and fonts. It is sometimes hard to motivate those with anxiety and I believe that these details can sometimes boost patients’ moods.

When working with anxiety, there are a lot of coping skills that are generally recommended by therapists across the board, i.e. deep breathing, grounding, mindful meditation; but what you do is put these skills in a very easy to follow format that flows and makes the work inviting to the patient.
